My mobile number is readily available to all that seek such, as we are not a perfect Agency, but we strive for such. I am sorry we fell short of your expectation, and ours. My point is simply, we have no record of your call, or a current relationship with you. We track and manage all calls hourly. Our phone technology manages all inbound and outbound calls. Perhaps you can provide your phone number, date and time of call and/or the person that you spoke with, I cannot get to the bottom of your concern. "Ms. Lynette Jones is very pleasant, highly professional, and extremely helpful. I needed to obtain replacement documents for my auto renewal notifications, which were received in an illegible condition due to being delivered during a severe thunderstorm. Ms. Jones pulled up my vehicle insurance policy information and sent me printable PDF files for both of my vehicles within 5 minutes of my request. As a customer service representative in another profession myself, I would like to acknowledge Ms. Lynette Jones for her exceptional customer service!"

"Ms. Lynnette Jones gave me a reason to smile when I really didn’t have a reason to due to an awful customer experience I had one day prior on the phone with one of her office staff named Tiffany. Even though I was still upset that I wasn’t given the opportunity to take care of business and make changes on my account because I was left on hold over a half hour after speaking to Ms. Tiffany but she didn’t give me a call back until after hours and when I asked another question she put me on hold again tying up both of my lines because once she finally decided to call me back I answered while still on hold with her on the other line. Subsequent I missed my tela health appointment call with my doctor because Ms. Tiffany decided to put me on hold again while already having my first call on line with her and she never came back or called back yesterday after I had to disconnect basically never really got anything accomplished by just asking simple questions about my account status and payments. Therefore I’m not pleased with that type of conduct or interaction I am appreciative of the service that I received today from Ms. Lynnette Jones. Sincerely, Unhappy Customer"
